          Hi Both,
           
          I’ve called and spoken with 1st Glass and Locks, they will go and measure up Tuesday Morning.
           
          We have Emailed Bryony and left a message with the park to make them aware of Glazier attending.

          Hi Rachael,
           
          As this is an after sales issue and you have all the details regarding this, can you please call Bryony at the park and explain why things have taken so long and offer to phone the local glazing company with a view to them coming out and quoting for the glass replacement.
           
          We do need to get this sorted for the retail customer before the start of the season when they will want to go and use the caravan.

          I thought this one had been put to bed last September
           
          I have just checked on line and there is a company called 1st Glass and Locks based in Yarmouth which is not far from the park.
           
          If you want me to get involved can you send me a photo as to what the window currently looks like and plot number etc and I will call the glazing company to go out and have a look with a view to quoting.
           
          Can I suggest that if anything drags on/is outstanding for more than 3 months you keep me informed on a regular basis please?

          chased swift several times, eltheringtons have told Racheal they have been speaking to the park direct and it will be done by the end of the month, no one on the park has spoken to the supplier, Rachael is trying to find out who their contact is.
          Park have now emailed Matt wanting to know if he can sort it, gave Matt latest update, he has emailed Theresa to see if there is anything she can do to help
