Claire Folland added a comment - 16/Jul/24 12:11 PM Duncan attended 28-6-24 worksheet attached, looks like leak could have been caused from driving rain under gutter flashing, have re-sealed this area, customer to report back if any more water enters, also received email from park, Good morning, Swift Vendee SG039358H We reported the leaking side window at FL08 on 06/06/24. The owner has been in touch to say they had rain come in again last night and its actually dripping . Appreciate your help but would like the problem resolved asap please. Please can you update and advise when an engineer will be out to resolve the leak for the owner. Kind regards Nicky submitted claim for swift to attend

The owner has got back to me with the following reply: Many thanks for your reply. It would be interesting to know what work the Swift engineer carried out on their initial visit, as if anything problem is now worse than before! It is actually leaking on two sides of the window now hence my e amil of yesterday to find out what is happening. Can you please ensure that when they visit to carry out remedial work to resolve the problem they give a report of what was found and work carried out to rectify so I can keep an eye on it when we next come to site. Please can you pass on this message regarding the leak being worse now, and when Duncan re-attends please can we have a report of what action has been taken to forward onto the owner.
