      swift rejected claim as microwave arrives in the box
      Hi Claire

      I have checked with the park, and they are adamant that this microwave arrived fully installed .. not in a box.

      The PDI was completed by the park team as soon as the unit was sited and at the time of unpacking. The PDI was submitted well within the necessary timeframe, and this microwave is shown fully installed (the team member who unpacked and PDIโ€™d the unit would not have been able to install it).

      Please go back to Swift and ask them to honour our submitted PDI and this claim ๐Ÿ™
