      Description

      Hi,

      The clients have just come into the office to report that the boiler pressure has dropped to zero

      I have been over and there is a leak on one of the pipes under the caravan, and if you attempt to top up the boiler water/antifreeze pours out of a pipe under the van

      Given the heating system is full of antifreeze and shouldnt be drained off I assume this should be covered under the warranty??

        It's not been drained off, but it's the sealed heating system thats burst NOT the water system,
         the sealed heating system is never drained off and should have anti freeze in it

        Good morning, I'm really sorry but the pipework under the van is not a boiler issue and not covered under the Morco warranty. I would advise the site to get their engineer to check this pipe as it may just want pushing back together. If the site engineer requires any further advice please ask them to call into our technical helpline on 01482 325456. Regards Tracy
