      I had a phone call, but we could not proceed as the owners need to be onsite to switch on their fridge. Awaiting a response as to when they are next here and I will contact Warranty Solutions.

      We can arrange to switch the fridge on 48 hours prior to an engineers visit, but would need to have a confirmed date.

      It would be good to get this sorted before we re-open.

      Hi if the van is now winterised we will need to put this referral on hold, please let us know when the van will be ready for an engineer visit and we will rebook as the appliance will need to be left on for at least 24 hours prior to the engineer attending.

      I have spoken to the owner and the fridge is still in situ.

      I have also spoken to the reception team. No one has reported to reception, collected the key or completed a visitor pass, which all engineers are required to do.

      Please can you raise this, as it seems unlikely the engineer has been, or if he has been, to the correct park or van.

      Please also note the van is now winterised .
