      Description

      I spoke to Duncan about this when he was last on Park and he explained to tell the customer to turn the tap on slowly, let the warm water come through and then increase the pressure.

      Customer is saying they are doing this but it isn’t working etc.

      Is this something that can be checked under warranty please?

        Yes water coming out of the kitchen tap and yes they are getting hot water from taps in the bathroom etc.

        received email from Jen, spoke to Steve as Duncan is away, he needs to know a couple of things before he can work out what is causing the issue, is the customer getting any water out the tap, is the customer getting any hot water out of other taps in van
