      Description

      I spoke to Duncan about this when he was last on Park and he explained to tell the customer to turn the tap on slowly, let the warm water come through and then increase the pressure.

      Customer is saying they are doing this but it isn’t working etc.

      Is this something that can be checked under warranty please?
