      Description

The original claim reported: The site maintenance man (George) called and advised that the roof flashing was pooling he got onto the roof and said the it was pooling (filling with water) he said he was able to rectify the problem by lifting the flashing and adding some mastic to lift the flashing so that the water could drain away. Properly I called Sarah and got authority for the park to complete this repair and Sarah authorised.

I have now received another call saying that the water is pooling down the flue this sounds like this could be another one where the gutter needs moving as rainwater gets down the flue.

I will send Steve in the first instance to assess and move guttering id necessary.
