There is a curvature in the floor in front of the door the site have said that the chassis looks ok and they think it could be the timbers they have put a level on it and it is approx 12mm out falling away from the middle of the floor to doorway.
I have spoken to Marcus today and he has advised that he thinks this could be the timbers not the chassis

Paul Diamond called from the park checking if the engineers are still attending to this issue this week.
Told Paul that we are just given a w/c date, Ive just called swift spoke to ref Merri, she cant get hold of the engineers to find out if they are going tonight, they make there way back on friday to swift with the work sheets..
Merri said that if she does get hold of the engineers she will call me back
I calledl Paul back to up date him, I've explained that the engineer only work mon to thur and they make they way back on fiday, so its looking like it wont be this week.. l have advised him that they go on shut down for 2/3 weeks now so it might not be till swift return.

Swift have sent an e-mail to say that the engineer did get there and they have re- scheduled the work for w/c 17th sep.. (8 weeks later)..
I called Sam and she explained that this is the next time that they will be in the area.
I said that the park will not be happy to wait that long, sam said if I e-mail her back then when the engineers come back from the shut down she would then see if she can get anone there sooner.
So I have sent her e-mail back asking if they can get an engineer any sooner...
I will e-mail the park with the w/c date and tell them that we are trying to see if we can get a date prior to this...

Spoke to Marcus at Gunvenna who has advised that a customer has put a deposit down for this unit but will not pay the £5000.00 balance until the issues are cleared up. He therefore feels that either Swift pay the £5000.00 which he will repay when he receives it from the customer, or that he charges Swift interest on £5000.00 or he rejects the unit and Swift pay to replace the van and pay for the desiting and resiting of a new unit. I will speak to Michael and get back to him

Marcus from Gunvenna has called because guys have turned up to carry out the repair on Swift panels, they are worried that this means they won't get the engineer to do the floor this week. I have explained that they are a different crew of men and the Swift engineer will still turn up, I advised that I would give Swift a call to confirm and then ring back
