I have been up and had a look at the model number on the fridge freezer and it is a BRT200 not BR7200
I have spoken to Andy at Bonus and he is going to see if he can find anything that is suitable however he has advised that the size 1450 is unusual and he may have a problem getting one.

Linda has called Darren and he has advised her that this van is being packed up w/c 07.10.13 and is coming back to us at winkleigh w/c 14.10.13.
I have called Donna and advised her of this so we have agreed that the engineer can attended any time after this so w/c 21.10.13 onward.

Swift have e-mailed me today to say that they will be sending an engineer w/c 07.10.13, looking at jira the issue have already been moved on to say engineer.
I been advised that aftersale think the van was coming back to winkleigh, so Linda is trying to get hold of Darren to check before we e-mail the park.

Sent an e-mail back and Meri said that the engineer will contact us directly when they know which dates..
I have had a conversation with her this morning, she has in turn spoken to Laura and said that it will be w/c 24.06 poss wed or thursday. I wont do anything until we hear from the engineer as the client has been told w/c 24.06 looking at notes

This unit has been rejected by the owner, however, the work still needs to be carried out, I have spoken to Laura and advised that Nigel has said the unit will be on site until July and can be repaired before it comes back to Winkleigh

Swift have advised that in light of the other issues that have now emerged with this unit, they will be attending 6/5/13 and 20/5/13 with a view to repairing and replacing all items

Spoke with Laura, advised that our engineer has advised that there is evidence of water ingress behind the gas fire, and the mantle area blowing, however, not enough water ingress to cause the damage else where in the unit. He has inspected various areas and feels that the water ingress is from the roof, but he cannot establish exactly where or what is causing it. I also advised that our engineer feels there is still some ingress issue in the shower room . I also suggested that the decay on the fridge freezer is from the continuing damp issues with this unit.
Laura has advised that they will be getting their engineer to inspect the unit but she does not have a date yet. Laura will speak to Sam when she gets off the phone and will come back to me today with a visit date
