          Martin from the site has called chasing these issue up this, he advise claire that the owner is holding money back till there done!
          I have advise him that we are waiting for the part to come in.

          Martin from the park called chasing issue up for this van.
          When I explained that Spring vale have asked when its convenient to collect the cushion, he then said that he is not happy for the owner to be without the cushion while they get repaired..
          I spoke to ade and she said that we can ask if spring vale will take the cushion ta the end of the season and then return then for the next.
          I still don't think that he is happy about this, and wants us to loan cushions!
          Called Karen at spring vale but she had finished for the day. So I have dropped her an e-mail.
          I have e-mailed spring vale to see if they will do end of season or can they collect one settee at a time..
          Waiting for a reply, once I get a reply I will then call Martin on 01841 520720

          Karen has replied to say its always better to get the cushion then that way they get the best colour match, they will turn around ASAP.
          I have e-mailed her back to say that the park/owner will not accepted this and can she send the two base cushion to the park asap?

          Mr Carey called in the afternoon about this issue and he wont accept them taking the cushion away to repair. He refuses to be without the cushions.
          After talking to him yesterday it appear that now it only the two base cushion on the 3 seatter settee, not all of the cushions as he said last week.
          He was unhappy yesterday stating the sale of goods act 1979 etc.
          I did say that his van is fit for purpose and he must given swift the opportunity to repair this.
          He then said that he has a issue with the sofa bed, they is a rip in the underneath by what I can gather.
          I have asked him to e-mail the photos over to us so we can submit this under warranty.

          I have e-mailed Mr carey to advise him of this and they need to inspect the cushion under warranty work.. And if he is still not happy to do it this way then the only other option is for us to ask the supplier if they will collect the cushion at the end of the season then return them fior the next. Im now waiting for a reply from Mr Carey, I have also copied the park in on the e-mails

          Me and ade have just move the cushions from the sales area into after sales and Darren has brought back all of the cushions. There appears to be one base cushion missing from the large settee.
          I asked Matt and he said there is 5 base cushions, there is only 4.. He said bill unloaded the van so he will try and find out where its gone.. But the van it come out of is in Guildford for the week now.
          We have looked at the cushion but cant see anything wrong with the two large base cushions. Ade said we will need to check with Darren.

          Sales have brought back 9 cushions (there is one large base cushion missing from the large 3 seater settee, so i have labelled 7 of them and put then on the Devon shelf.
          I have e-mailed Karen at spring vale and she said the two cushion are fine to go back to them, she is now in the process of arranging to collect the two large base cushions from us.

          When I came in today I was told that I need to ask Springvale is they can make another cushion for the base as sales cant locate the other one. And the van is going to be let in two weeks!
          I then called Karen at spring-vale I've asked her if it would be possible to make another cushion to send back with the other two?
          Karen said she would try and she cant guarantee it, so all i can do is try.
          TNT have collected the cushion a few mins ago. ref no 265580035- will scan to jira.
          I will set up a task to check if the cushion are back by the 05.07.13

          I hve just had a call from Martin at the park asking for update, I have called Karen at springvale and she is going to look into this as we had to ask for a extra cushion to be made as sales lost it.

          I spoke to Karen at Springvale because Will from Harlyn called wanting an up-date Karen advised that the cushions will be back on Friday 12th - I have asked Karen to send them direct to the site and have done a worksheet for Keith to take the other cushions back to the van and collect the temporary ones and bring them back to the van in the yard, I have e-mailed Lorraine with this information.
