Swift have replied to PEr tosay that the part no is B3936ZE, I will add this onto the claim and re-submit today.

Look at this claim it is not sitting on query on swift.
I did submitted a Per but swift have given us the base cushion part numbers. I have today submitted a new PER asking for the upright cushion part no.
Once I get this I will have to ask Swift to put this claim on query so I can add the part numbers.

Now we have the photo the cushion is not missing, they have sent two cushion that would fit in the right hand side, instead of one left and one right .
The angles are cut differently on the ends of each cushion so they fit into the center cushion either side.
I Jave asked john to send the claim back so i can add the photo and put the correct info on the claim, so hopefully they wont reject it.

Upon checking this now we have photos the cushion is not missing, they have supplied cushion for the right hand side, so we need the left hand side cushion as the end would be cut at a different angle. I will re submit this into swift with the correct information.

As this has been rejected by swift we will need to order the correct cushion under preow-463 and charge to the van
