Rea has advised that Adrian van has broken down, she is calling out the AA and then will ring me back to let me know whether he will be getting to Mrs Shepard this week. She knows that this is a priority and she will do her best to get it done

Chased Rea for a progress report, she has advised that Adrian in the process of hiring a van, she put me on hold to get an update and then hung up on me by mistake.
Rang Rea back she said that he is just swapping the vans over now and then he will give us a call with a date when he will be attending to Mrs Shepards van

I have spoken to the Swift engineer who has confirmed that he will be attending tomorrow to some of the issues but that he hasn't got all of the parts to complete all of the repairs.
Adrian confirmed that he did have the toilet in stock.

Claire at Ladram advised that Adrian attended on Friday and had hardly any parts with him. He told the customer that he was leaving because Swift and Surf Bay could not get their acts together. He advised that there was a replacement window but it back at Winkleigh. He then advised that he had another bits for her but they were all in his van that had broken down and that he was now using a hire van.
I have e-mailed Amy, Rea and Lisa to find out what an earth is going on and to find out when they can finally sort out this customer - awaiting response
