I have asked Teresa whether the site have mentioned any other problems, it seems strange that they are holding money back just for a door adjustment

Swift have advised that they will now be attending on the second March. This customer has not paid for the holiday home. I have appealed to to Swift because we don't want to wait all this time for the work to be carried out.

Mary called from the site wanting to know when an engineer will be attending as she has not seen anyone, called Andy, he has advised he has the worksheet and will be attending next week, if i give him a call on Monday he will be able to tell me what day.
