Rea has asked me to identify the top and the bottom of the door on the photos, I have asked if this is necessary as I do not know the answer. and the holes are in such a place that it shouldn't matter.
Rea has taken another look and agrees with me, she will go back to the factory and update them

the email bounced back so I have now send another one to dan asking for the make/model of the washing machine.

Rea has emailed me back to say "I need to know wh9ich appliance the customer has please.
I have already advise her that it's a washing machine, and if she wants the make model then its a CDA (from the PDI ) if she wants more info eg model etc I would need to contact the park?

Claire has just told me that these doors are in the store, so if swift send these doors to us and are happy to pay us for them then we can get the top work shop to pre drill them, we can then send our engineer out to fit them.
Now waiting for a reply from Rea to say if this is ok to send them to us, and when they might come in.

Rea at Swift has emailed "I am trying to resolve this issue with the doors.
Can you tell me which appliance has been used in this holiday home?
Do you think we could send these undrilled and the site fit them?
I have replied to say I'm not sure that this site has a maintenance team to fit them, if they was pre drilled them I could ask them if They could do it.
If you can't pre drill them we would have to arrange to send our engineers down to get the doors from the park then bring them back for our top work shop to then drill the holes, but we would have to be paid for both visits time/ mileage.
If you need an further information then please let me know.

Swift have asked if the doors should be sent direct to site, I have agreed to this. Hopefully Dan on site will just change them for us.

We have replaced all the other cupboard doors, but we did not have the washing machine door and the panel above, I have spoken to Rea who advised that they have had this problem with some of the units, it is because they have changed the appliance half way through the season and all the doors were made up for the original appliance rather than the new size. She has advised that she will arrange for the replacement doors straight away
