I have e-mailed the diagram to Vickie and asked her to mark on it which panel has been damaged. Swift will then make arrangements to replace the panel.

Vickie has advised that the site is shut so she hasn't been able to go and measure the panel but it is the second from the bottom. She has advised that the storage box needs emptying before they can fit the panel so she will need plenty of notice from Swift about when they are attending.

I have informed Rea that the customer would like to be present when the panel is replaced she would also like advance warning so that she can empty the storage box

Swift have asked us if we can provide a second pair of hands for this, I have confirmed that we can but will need to know which day. We also need to be able to tell the customer which day so they can be present so as much notice as possible is required
