Email sent to Rea at Swift to reconsider warranty claim previously rejected and attached pictures.

Reopened issue as reported again by engineer and emailed Rea explaining that engineer popped in quickly to the park to deal with another issue and inspected the window reported by the owner. Due to the location of the window and damage (at the back) he is of the opinion that it is highly unlikely to occurred during transportation or siting and concludes that is was possibly damaged prior to fitment.
