Further to the email below, Marcus has just phoned to say that the driver only had one sealed jiffy bay which only contained the remote control. Please will you arrange for a docking station to be sent, as a matter of urgency, to Marcus (they have been messed around an awful lot by Swift regarding the readiness of this unit so they need to expedite this please

Lisa has advised that the unit no longer comes with a docking station because it now uses bluetooth.

I have checked with Teresa and she has advised that he paid for the luxury pack with states docking station. Teresa advised that the site will insist on a docking station.

I have phoned Rea to clarify this, she has advised this is still an optional extra, however, there is no need to for the docking station any longer and they kept going missing. You can now connect via bluetooth and still carry the phone / ipod with you so that you can change the music without going back to the docking station.

Park have called to advise they have now spoken to Duncan about the docking station missing, Duncan has advised swift use 2 versions, they have been supplied the old Version, Duncan has agreed to send out the other version, he is also sending some to Surf Bay.

I have phoned Rea and asked for an update for this issue, Rea has advised that it had not been ordered yet. She has now placed it on order, I have asked for it to be sent direct to the site. The Swift order number is A22493
