Completed Swift worksheet received - showing engineer attended but not a scratch but a tear which will need a return visit to repaper. As yet no return date scheduled.

Query recieved from park as Sandra worried she hadn't reported this fault. Emailed her back and advised we have record of fault, it was reported to Swift and they have engineer scheduled to attend to it next week.

Swift advise they could not attend as scheduled and visit will need to be rescheduled - no date as yet.

Sandra has chased for an update and said that he is not convinced that anyone has been out to this unit. I have checked the Swift system and this is showing as requiring a re-visit so I don't think that they attended

I have looked on the Swift system for an update, but they have not rescheduled it.. I have passed this to Karen to try and establish a visit date and to respond to Sandra's e-mail

It seems this job is scheduled for revisit. Received two emails from Swift - the first advises they will be attending w/c 28.09.15 the second one advises that visit has been cancelled.

Swift have advised: An engineer did attend to the above van last week on 24/11/2015 but unfortunately he didn't have enough paper with him to repaper so he decided to change the ceiling board but when he did, the one he had with him was a different shade.
I have ordered him some new ceiling board and he is aware that the colour is slightly different so will ensure he has the correct part when he calls on his visit week commencing 07/12/2015
