Swift engineer advises he could not locate any marks however he added a note on his jobsheet that it was raining heavily. I have closed this off for the time being but If customer comes back to us about this we can resubmit to Swift.

Customer has complained marks still present. As we are already going out to park I have issued a worksheet for our engineer to attend to this issue as well.

I have had to submit a separate claim under SBH005029 for travel mins and labour as this was not added to the first claim - will invoice this when Swift give me authorisation of payment
