Good Afternoon Ellie, From our conversation this morning in connection with the Swift Moselle Lodge 40x13 2 bed, serial no: 15857H. Our customer has highlighted the following imperfections, which require attention. • The Cushion at the back of the sofa is shorter than the other cushions and it too wide to fit in against the other cushions. See Attached picture • The cushion on the bottom which you sit on seems too large for the sofa and over hangs a lot compared to the other cushions. See Attached picture • The speakers on the ceiling in the lounge one of them is missing a small plastic bit to cover the LED etc, please see the pictures one with the plastic and one without. • The blind in the bathroom is too short and doesn't cover the whole window when down. See Attached picture • The bedroom cupboard handle in the twin room is missing a screw. See Attached picture • There is rust coming through on the plastic from the front door. See Attached picture • In the Lounge just by the front door the wallpaper is rippled. See Attached picture • The glass shelf below the mirror in the lounge has movement in it and is unstable.
