At Linda's request spoke to Mr Lloyd about outstanding issues. He explained that he can hear the radio trying to tune in it cannot so he suspects that like his neighbour the aerial may have broken off. He agreed to take the photos and email to Nikki tomorrow but he was a bit cross because he thought we would ask Dan at the park to do this (apologised for any miscommunication in this regard).

Swift advise: The damage would not be covered under waraty due to the time lapse between receiving the van and reporting the fault. With regards to the radio, do you need our engineer to attend? Regards

We do have a spare speaker in our store (see Claire) however, in the first instance we will wait and see whether Swift sort this out when they go out to sort out the radio issue. (the radio is connected to the speaker so it might have to be replaced if it is faulty)
