Mrs Orchard has contacted us and said that this has not been completed, she is happy that everything else that was outstanding is now complete - this was done by Swift and one of our engineers. The swift engineer took a look at the hob ignition job however were unable to do anything about this and she was told that a Thetford Engineer would be out within a few days however no one has showed up

I have emailed Rea @ Swift to ask her to tell me when Thetford are going to be able to attend this and that this needs to be as a matter of urgency.

Email received from Reece at Swift advising that the supplier had in fact advised this job was complete however it was not and they would be attending either 14th or 15th October.
