Call from David Munday (Customer) while steve was on site. He has had enough of Unity and has asked for us to deal with him directly. Said i would email him my details which i have done and then i wil lupdate him as soon as i get paper work back from Steve.

Phoned Steve, he has advised this is the side window near the door, the mark is actually between the panes of glass, Ade has spoken to Rea as this should be a warranty issue, Rea has agreed if we put a warranty in for her attention she will forward it to Eltheringtons, she will need a photo, phoned Stacey and updated her on all the outstanding issues

The customer has threatened legal action and requested compensation from the site. I have asked Rea to find out when Elthringtons will be attending so that we can update them.

Stacey has phoned this morning regarding Eltheringtons visiting this week, she has had a message from Joe who has spoken to Mr Munday, he is thinking he does not want the window done until next season, Stacey has emailed Mr Munday as she is not allowed to call him due to him being in meetings all day, have said i will ring Rea to find out what day it will be, spoke to Rea, she has advised they will be there either Wed afternoon or thursday, she can not cancel this as they have made the glass for it.

spoke to Darren, he does not see what the customer will gain from cancelling as we really want to get everything completed, he has advised me to ring Stacey and advise Swift can not cancel, it is in his best interest to let it happen this week, tried to call Stacey but no answer

spoke to Satcey, advised Eltheringtons are due to attend wed/thur, its in his best interest to let them replace the glass, i do not think swift are able to cancel, she will Speak to Joe and send the customer another email

Did not hear back from Stacey, have phoned her and she has now heard back from the customer, he has advised they can go ahead with the glass but they must not damage his van or decking in anyway, Stacey will speak to Joe to see if anyone can go to the van with the engineer

Elthringtons advised there engineer was unable to attend this week, something about a bridge being closed they will prioritize this for Monday/ Tuesday next week
