Did not hear back from Stacey, have phoned her and she has now heard back from the customer, he has advised they can go ahead with the glass but they must not damage his van or decking in anyway, Stacey will speak to Joe to see if anyone can go to the van with the engineer

Phoned Rea to advise that Unity are on the phone and have said that Elthringtons have not been out to the site. Rea put me on hold while speaking to Elthringtons.
Elthringtons advised there engineer was unable to attend this week, something about a bridge being closed they will prioritize this for Monday/ Tuesday next week

added a comment - Phoned Rea to advise that Unity are on the phone and have said that Elthringtons have not been out to the site. Rea put me on hold while speaking to Elthringtons.
Elthringtons advised there engineer was unable to attend this week, something about a bridge being closed they will prioritize this for Monday/ Tuesday next week
Updated Stacey over the phone, she will check with Joe as she is unsure how to update the customer, she does not understand what bridge was closed
