Note: the customer has other issues on this unit and really fed up with the delay. He needs this sorted asap, he has asked the site for £7000.00 in compensation

Steve advised that he renewed the washers in the plumbing under the sink, nothing has been cut too short and all parts are correct and it no longer leaks. However, under the van the waste pipe is not supported and is hanging down which with the weight of the water, therefore plumbing is pulling the joints apart under the sink allowing it to leak.

I have phoned Steve to see whether he supported the plumbing under the unit, he confirmed that he had spoken to Stacey about it and she was organising for it to be done.
