Swift have rejected claim saying van is out of warranty however our records show the van was only delivered in August 2015. Query sent to Rea.

Swift advise van out of warranty as commission date entered as Sept. 2014. This is definately incorrect as van has been on Winkleigh showground since October 2014 and was only delivered to park in August 2015. Replied to Reece's email and asked if commission date can be corrected and this issue attended to?

Further email from Reece at Swift - attached copy of original transporter document showing Surf Bay had arranged transport for 05.08.15 with Mayflower however this was cancelled at the last minute as the park decided to use their own transporter. The park have confirmed to me the van was actually delivered to them on 11.08.15 and the new owner took over on the 29.08.15 therefore requested that he please arrange to have commission date corrected.
