          Emai received from Carol at park enquirying what Swift engineer attending to and added that "the owner is concerned no one has looked at the leaking sink plughole. He thinks it is either where plug meets sink , or ubend connection . The floor is still getting wet."
          Replied that we have no record of this fault but as Swift engineer going next week suggested she have a nice chat with him and he may have a look at it for her. If not, then to let us know and we'll arrange for one of our engineers to come down.
