I have e-mailed Liam to advise that this has been reported to Swift, I have asked him to confirm whether the unit is still a demo or whether it has been sold, if so I have asked him to provide the date of sale and customer name for our records. Awaiting response

Kirsty has called from swift to ask where the water is coming in ade said that she thinks it coming in from the top, looked at photos and it does look like it coming in from the roof .
Kirsty said she has put this though to planning and hopefully they will get some out ASAP.

Craig has phoned to see if they have reported any damage resulting in the water ingress, I have advised not that I can tell but will contact the park to find out from them

Swift have e-mailed to say that this is complete, however the engineers worksheet is not yet attached - I will check this again tomorrow

The engineer has confirmed that their is no water ingress and this is 100 % condensation issue. I will update the site
