            Keith has advised that both radiator brackets are broken and pipe out of radiator and all pressure has been lost in they system, he thinks it best to do this repair once the van is connected to water

            I have checked the swift system and cannot see that Ella actually placed the parts on order even though she has added the part number. I have put in a second claim for the parts and also the labour, which Ella had forgotten to add.
