          I have emailed Christy back and asked for the DOS and customer's name. Once received i will submit either PDI or early warning on Swift system.

          wrong window identified. glass fault in 1714824. need to reorder new glass and reschedule for another visit.

          The site are chasing for an update. The supplier was due to attend w/c 7th but there is no update on the connect system yet. I have e-mailed Alan at Elthringtons asking him for the latest update on this issue.

          I have updated the site and will get back to them again as soon as I have received a response from Elthringtons
