          Description

          Elaine from downton called and advised that the window in the lounge has dropped - she said that this was an ongoing issue first reported in Aug 08 but was never dealt with - I went onto the old log 4050B and this was dealt with in Oct 08 when Elbee went out and completed the repair and Alan at the site was happy.

            elaine not in the office, spoke to martin, he does not understand why the customer has never chased this up, he thinks it is because she has had to pay the park money and decided to bring the window up as an excuse not to pay, he will go and have a look to see if there is anything he can do.
            Explained she has not mentioned this in 3 yrs so willerby will probably reject, he understands and will let me know how he gets on.
