Rang Doug, he advised that he has the key and will pop down and get me a photograph. There is also a issue with peeling laminate, he will find out more and report back

Spoke to Rebecca who said that Claire Bailey would not accept this as a good will gesture, however, they would consider doing something if it was to do with structure, advised that I have sent photographs to Gemma today, I have now forwarded the e-mail to Rebecca

Rebecca has confirmed that this is a manufacturering issue and that the parts have been placed on order, once they are in stock they will arrange for a Willerby engineer to attend
