danielle called to advise she has not seen a willerby engineer yet, called willerby and spoke to Gemma, she advised they are not allowed to call the engineers as it stops them from working, they are struggling to get all the work completed as they have a big backlog of outstanding issues, this is still planned in for this week, called Danielle back, she is not happy with willerby but appreciates our help

looked on the willerby system, schedule date has been changed to wc 5-12-11, rang willerby spoke to Ellie she advised the date has been changed due to them not having enough engineers to carry out the backlog of work they have, advised if the work is not completed this week the customers are going legal, she will speak to claire bailey and will ring me back.

becky from willerby has called to advise the engineers completed this last night, there was no one on site to sign the worksheet, rang Danielle, she will go and check to make sure work is up to standard
