becky from willerby has called to advise the engineers completed this last night, there was no one on site to sign the worksheet, rang Danielle, she will go and check to make sure work is up to standard

rang Ellie to see if she had an update as i have not heard anything, she has advised the work has been scheduled in for next week, she has spoken to Claire Bailey and they will make sure the engineers are aware this needs to be completed.

looked on the willerby system, schedule date has been changed to wc 5-12-11, rang willerby spoke to Ellie she advised the date has been changed due to them not having enough engineers to carry out the backlog of work they have, advised if the work is not completed this week the customers are going legal, she will speak to claire bailey and will ring me back.
