Mr Symonds called to ask if we have a schedule date yet, he has arranged for skirting to be fitted on his van, this will make it very difficult for willerby to sort, he thinks he will have to get the insulation done and invoice willerby, spoke to Ellie, she will talk to Neil and will ring me back

not heard back from Willerby, called them again and spoke to Gemma, she will speak to Neil who schedules the engineers and will ring me back

Mr Symonds has called and said that Willerby attended but had the wrong parts, I have just spoken to Natalie at Willerby she said that all the parts have been ordered she will print it off and put it in the planned date file and if I call again in a couple of days they should have a date for us.

Mr Richard Simon called to speak to ade re this issue, Linda said she is still waiting to hear from Willerby.

called willerby to see if they have a schedule date yet, at the moment it is scheduled for wc 3-12-12 but if i give them a call at the end of the week they will have a better idea if the parts will be in stock,
called Mr Symonds back, he is very unhappy with the way he is being treated by willerby, he would like to bill them for all his phone calls, advised i would give him another call at the end of the week when i have spoken to Willerby

Mr Symonds has now put in an official complaint through our on line system - I have responded to this. Claire will be sending through a copy of this complaint to Willerby Holiday Homes and voicing our concerns. Claire and I will be working on a list of dates regarding the issues which will be forwarded on to Mr Symonds in the next couple of days

called willerby to find out if the work had been completed, they have advised an engineer attended last week but found he needed parts, when parts are in stock they will schedule an engineer to visit, emailed claire Bailey

called willerby and spoke to Natalie, she advised an engineer attended back in oct and ordered parts, the engineer went out last week but the wrong insulation had been ordered, they have now ordered the correct parts and should be in stock next week, as soon as they are in stock she will arrange for this to be attended to asap
