Mrs Sprague called to ask when they are going to look at this issue.
Checked on Willerby but I cant see anything on their system.
I will e-mail Claire and ask her to call Willerby on Monday to get an update and then ask her to call the client back in the afternoon, s she is working in the morning.

I called Natalie asking for an up-date - she said that this has been referred to the manufacturers and she will let me know when she has a date.

Eddie from Glen Dimplex called wanting to if he has sent an engineer out to this van before as he has no record of it, looked on system and gave him a job number which he arranged for an engineer to attend to last year, Willerby have only just referred this over to him, he will let us know when an engineer will be attending

I called Glen Dimplex to double check that this is scheduled for 24-10-12 and they confirmed it it, I called Mrts Sprague and left a message advising that the engineer is attending and could she give me a call.
