        I have e-mailed Ben several times re this issue and today I spoke to Gemma who asked me to e-mail him again - Gemma said that I should be able request the parts now but when I tried it is now telling me that is can't verify the serial number.

        I sent a customer service form to Ben as requested but he said that it was blank when he opened it, Claire then spoke to Laura who said just to e-mail her the customer information and what we want to order and she will order it today - I have sent the e-mail today see attached.

        had a message to call Mrs Manley, explained we have received 2 blinds both are plastic instead of wooden, she would like me to chase willerby this week to see if they still supply the wooden blind or will she have to put up with a plastic one
