Mr Parker has had bankside paint the chassis twice, the chassis has now gone rusty again, he is very unhappy about having it painted again, advised i would have to submit this into willerby

Mrs Parker called to advise she has now spoken to Verina, they are happy to have the chassis re-painted but are not happy with the warranty, when they bought the van they had a 5 year warranty on the structure, would like to know if this still stands,
called Verina, she advised the 5 year warranty is with willerby, this would be for the cross members, bankside have a 3yr warranty on the coating of the chassis and they are willing to give them an extra 12 months which means it will run out in 2015, called Mrs Parker back, she thinks this is fair and is happy to go ahead

called bankside and spoke to Verina, she is trying to get engineers down there next week, as soon as she has this confirmed she will let me know, tried to call Mr Parker but no answer
