Mr Parker has had bankside paint the chassis twice, the chassis has now gone rusty again, he is very unhappy about having it painted again, advised i would have to submit this into willerby

called Mr Parker to see if he has heard from Bankside, he advised they called him last week and advised they would like to send an engineer wc 11-3-13 to take photo's, he will not accept the chassis to be painted again,

Lorraine took a call yesterday from Mrs Parker expressing her concern over the repair being proposed by Bankside Patterson. She advised that they were not happy to have the same repair undertaken as last time.
Mrs Parker said that she would put this on an e-mail which I could forward to Bankside and Willerby for their consideration.

called Mr Parker to see if he is happy for us to have a look at his van on monday and take pictures of the chassis, he has advised he noticed rusty marks near the front corner of the van

Verina from Bankside called to say that there guys are there and they have looked at the issue, they believe that approx 30% of this is caused by corrosion,( its exposed to the sea) they have wiped it over and said that they can re paint the underneath if willbery/client are happy to do this.
Verina said that she has spoken to Mr Parker and she more or less begged him to let them re paint it.
Verina also said that Mr Parker said that Claire has been dealing with Willerby and is making other arrangements..
I cant see anything on the notes to say this.
I advised Verina from Bankside to call Willerby to see what they say.

Verina called to advise she has now spoken to Mrs Parker, they are not prepared to have the chassis re-painted, would like to know what surf bay and Ladram would suggest, Advised we would agree to let bankside re-paint the chassis, verina has spoken to claire at Ladram and she does not think the customer should have the chassis re-painted, Verina will speak to her management and get back to me
