            I spoke to Lauren as the Willerby system said unable to verify the serial number - Lauren gave me Glen Dimplex phone number and said we had to book the appointment ourselves 08448153745 - I called them and arrange for the to attend on Monday 15-04-13 - I called Mrs Manley (01626 832281) and she said this date was perfect.
