      Description

      I received a call from Ben at Willeby advising that he has had a call from Mrs Stonebridge a who has a van on Home Farm who was complaining that her van was not level and no one on the would listen to her, he wanted me to log a claim, I explained that I did not want to do that without talking to the park so I called Suzanne and explained what the customer had said Suzanne explained that the customer was a high maintenance customer and that they would go to and check the siting of the van. The van is a 2008 model.

      Suzanne then called me and said that they had checked the level of the van and it is spot on, however she called again saying that the fireplace and some of the worktops are not level but she does not want me to do anything about she will call Mrs Stonebridge and speak to her.
