Mrs Manley came in she is most unhappy that she has not been updated about this situation - she wanted all the details of when this issue was logged and followed up so she could contact Willerby.
I have told Mrs Manley that I will e-mail willerby today and follow it up with a call on Tuesday - I have told Mrs Manely that I will call her when I have some information for her but she asked that even if I have nothing to tell her can she please have a call by 06-09-13.

willerby have advised table is being made this week, they will let us know delivery date as the engineer is unable to attend vans on private land

I have tried to call Mrs Manley 01626 832281 but got no answer and no answer phone clicked in, I will call her again later.

I spoke to Lorna at Willerby she advised that the table was dispatched on Friday 6th September by courier so we should receive it in the next couple of days. I have spoken to Mrs Manley and advised that we will be out when it arrives.

Mrs Manley called to say that the table was sent to her home address and that her son wont fit this he doesn't want to damage it. She has put it in the bedroom.
I can see that Linda has been dealing with Mrs Manley, she want to know if Surf bay are fitting it or not.
Jira states manufacture attending so not sure who is doing this one or if we are etc.
