      Description

      Mr Bent called to advise that a year ago he e-mailed Rebekah Britton with a complaint about squeeky floors, Rebekah advised Mr Bent that someone from Willerby customer care would contact him and they never have.

      Mr Bent would like someone from Willerby to attend and look at his floors he said that it is creaking in the lounge but the kitchen area is more of a crackling sound - Mr Bent said that the floor had a hump in it where the flooring overlapped this was sorted out but the creaking was not.
