      Mr Parker has advised that the wrong bit has arrived with the site, they have received to backing plates however, they require the backing plate and the thermostatic mixer tap. I have advised that I will contact Willerby and find out what is going on.

      Willerby have now advised that this is rejected - I have phoned Katie who says that the taps are not covered by the three year warranty. I have explained to Katie that I spoke to Claire Dibb who advised that it is covered, and I have explained this to my customer who will now been extremely unhappy if it is not covered.

      Katie Lang has advised that I must be through another claim on the system with this information and she will then speak with Claire on Monday (Claire is away from the office at present)

      Left a message for Mr Parker advising that they are now advising that he has got a three years part warranty and that taps are covered, I have now submit a claim which they will process

      Spoke to a senior advisor who advised that they had made an error and that he does have a parts warranty on his holiday home and that I can submit the claim in the normal way. Taps are covered

      Mr David Parker says he has found a willerby brochure stating that there is a three year warranty scheme for 2011 units and that he therefore wants his thermostatic mixer covered under warranty. He has phoned Willerby who have advised that they will not speak to him and he needs to go back to the dealer.

      I have again explained what Willerby had explained about his warranty but he is not going to let this drop and he says that it says about it in the brochure so he wants the mixer tap covered under warranty.

      I have said that I will write to the customer care manager and ask her to double check, I will then get back to him with an update.

      I spoke to someone at Willerby and supplied the serial number, they advised that the van had a one year full warranty, followed by a two year parts warranty, which expired on 25/2/12 followed by a two year structural warranty will is valid until 24/4/14

      Mr Parker advised that he thinks that Willerby had provided him with a three year warranty on his holiday home and therefore he wanted his mixer tap replaced by them, I advised that I would call Willerby and check.
