The site have advised that the internal ceiling boards are bubbling and lifting off all through the van but it is worst in the lounge, site would like us to report it to Willerby and see if they are prepared to attend.

            I have been away and Claire has advised that this has been rejected but it was still sitting on submitted as Claire did not have time to deal with it.
            I will contact Willerby and find out why they have rejected this issue.

            I spoke to Helen on site and advised that this issue has been rejected, she is going to talk to Bridget.

            I do not think the site will except the rejection but the van is a 2007, I will close this off for now but do expect the park to contact us again.
