I have spoken to Becky from Willerby and advised that Mr Beale will need to attend tomorrow morning, before nine if possible, she said she will arrange for him to visit at 8.00 am. I have updated the site

Harford Bridge would like Mr Beale to attend tomorrow morning, as early as possible. I have tried to ring Becky but think that she must be at lunch will try again shortly

I have told Becky that the site are trying to get hold of Mrs Colin's now and then they will ring back to let me know if she wants to be present. (Becky 01482 780120)

I have just taken a phone call from Becky at Willerby who has advised that Mr Chris Beale is on his way to the site to inspect the unit and has forgotten to make an appointment. I have phoned the site for Willerby and let them know that he is on the way. I have asked whether either a site representative or Mrs Colins could be present. Willerby have advised that if no one is available he can postpone the inspection until tomorrow morning at 9.00 am. The site are ringing Mrs Colins and will come back to me later.
