          Mr Fair rang wanting to know how long the warranty was on the seal on the double glazing, I advised that it was five years is the maximum for this sort of claim.

          I advised that we could get prices for replacement units, Mr Fair said that he would like to contact people direct to cut down the cost, I have recommended Camel Glass and also given him the number of Ellbee Limited who made the original windows.

          The main problem will be that the glass is etched.

          I have asked Mr Fair to ring us back if he requires any further assistance. If he does ring back we could give him Ken's the Window Doctor's phone number
