Matt needs an urgent quote for silver sands, the park need the handles replacing but they have realised you need to de-glaze the window, spoke to Nick at the park, advised this would be a 2 man job, he has bought different handles from Arleigh which he thinks he will fit, advised i would get a quote to him as soon as i can

spoke to Nick advised for us to attend it would cost £849.14, this is due to it being a 2 man job plus travel time, he thinks Willerby should replace these as it is not a very good design, advised i would speak to Willerby and see what they say, also suggested a local glazier should be able to help with this

checked the willerby system, they have rejected the claim as the van is out of warranty, put in an appeal as the park will not be happy with this

Willerby have rejected the claim as there are no previous reports regarding the design of the window and the van is too far out of warranty
