Cath said that she had received a phone call from Southern Counties but couldn't remember what the problem was. I have reminded her and she will phone them back.
I also asked her whether Southern Counties had been out to PDI the unit yet, she advised that they hadn't, I have asked her to remind them that this needs to be done asap.

Southern Counties have been once, but there is still a leak, they will come back again

Cath has advised that this is outstanding, along with other issues for the interior. I have asked what the other issues are but all she could tell me was that it was bits picked up by the Southern County PDI.

I have e-mailed Louise at Southern Counties asking for an update and also asking her to confirm what issues they have with the unit. I await their response.

Thank you for your email.
The engineer repaired the leak when he carried out the PDI, I have just spoken to him and he said that there were no leaks when he left as he fitted new parts.
Please can you ask the site to double check this and if it is leaking again I will get him to look again on his visit,
The items we have ordered on PDI are as follows:
Lounge ceiling board - delaminating above corner unit
Lounge cover joint split on corner unit.
Both these parts are still on order with WIllerby and when we recieve them we can book an engineer date.

Kath at River Valley called chasing for update on outstanding issues on this van. Van purchased from Southern Counties (but on one of our sites) advised we will chase again on her behalf. Called Louise at Southern Counties she advised they are waiting on parts still but will chase and update Kath at River Valley with outcome.

I have still not received an update from Southern Counties, (I did send another chasing e-mail on Friday to Sarah)

Southern Counties have advised that they will be attending w/c 20/7/15 I have updated Cath at River Valley and the customer.

Southern turned up this morning but were unable to do the repairs as the owners daughter and family are in there. The engineer is going to speak to her directly to find out when he can come back
